What is Mairy?

After Rico (my first) was born, J created a nickname for me.  He has only ever had one other nickname, Lou, that never stuck.  In fact, the reason it didn't stick was because his sister used that nickname for an old Japanese man she befriended. 

So...The Mairy:

I have been breastfeeding for close to two years now.  As of now, I am tandem nursing and it doesn't seem that Rico will be done with me any time soon.  He does only nurse, normally, in the morning and if it is withheld, he gets very angry with me.  The Mairy is The Mother Dairy.  This may sound rude to some people, I don't happen to find it offensive.  I create milk, feed my boys and they grow.  It's simple, natural and fulfilling.

Banana Bread

2 C Unbleached Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 C Sugar
2/3 C Canola Oil
2 1/2 Bananas, mashed (just over a cup)
1 tsp Vanilla
Some cinnamon and a little nutmeg
Chocolate chips

Bake at 350.  I made three mini loaves and baked for about 25 minutes.  They were amazing and eaten within 24 hours.
